Do I need to pay to be listed?
No. srvrlss independently adds and maintains products that fit the directory. Payment is not required for inclusion. A Commercial Profile adds one primary commercial CTA, priority review, and an included update allowance. Sponsorship adds clearly labelled promotional placement elsewhere on srvrlss.
Does payment affect directory placement or comparison results?
Sponsorship includes clearly labelled Featured placement in the provider directory and other selected surfaces. It does not change the ordinary Product directory order, comparison eligibility, comparison results, or srvrlss editorial conclusions.
How are paid placements labelled?
Sponsored and Featured placements are visibly labelled wherever they appear. Commercial participation does not remove the normal factual and editorial standards applied to provider profiles.
What happens after I request a Commercial Profile?
srvrlss first confirms that the product fits the directory. If eligible, the commercial process covers payment and intake, review of provider-supplied material against first-party sources, editorial cleanup, the commercial CTA, and preparation or update of the profile. Payment does not guarantee eligibility.
What counts as a minor update batch?
One submitted set of related small profile changes that can be handled without substantial new research, reclassification, new architecture, or a material rewrite. Larger changes may require separate scoping.
How long does sponsorship run?
The initial sponsorship pilot runs for three months and is billed monthly. At the end of the pilot, sponsorship can stop or continue month-to-month unless a different term is agreed.
Can I track sponsorship performance?
Yes. Sponsored traffic uses commercial campaign attribution, and the pilot includes a monthly report covering delivered placements, measurable profile traffic, and outbound engagement available from srvrlss analytics. Sponsors can also reconcile the supplied campaign tags in their own analytics.
